The vitality of this congregation is expressed through worship, education, youth programs, fellowship groups, missions and other ministries. We feel called to tell the good news of Jesus Christ and help people form a deeper relationship with Him.
Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church has been an important part of the community since 1945. You will find a wide range of spiritual Christian and secular programs to meet the needs of your entire family. Two Sunday services, exciting Forum speakers discussing important topics of the day with a Christian perspective, a dynamic Music Ministry program, Children and Adult Sunday School classes, an active United Methodist Youth Fellowship Program (UMYF), sewing and craft circles, a writer's workshop, a Bike Team, Outreach Projects and many other programs to enable every member of your family to become active in the life of our church. Child care is provided for many activities as well.
